Terms & Conditions – Svojas Wellness Centre

Welcome to Svojas Wellness Centre. By accessing our Website/App or participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.

General

  • All sessions and programs are offered as pre-paid contracts, subject to availability.

  • Fees paid are non-refundable, unless specifically stated under our refund policy.

  • A one-time registration fee is mandatory for each individual (non-refundable).

  • Fees and packages apply for fixed monthly cycles (1st–30th or 15th–14th). Missed sessions within a billing cycle cannot be carried forward.

Enrollment & Payments

  • Contracts and admissions are valid only when duly signed by Founder & Director, Gopala Krisna T.

  • Contracts without “props assistance” will not permit use of studio props. Clients must bring their own mats/props unless enrolled in a props-inclusive package.

  • An initial deposit equivalent to one month’s fee is required for availing props at the studio or during home visits.

  • Installments must be paid promptly on the second day of the batch each month.

  • Offers and discounts are not applicable in February. Missed or skipped sessions in February may affect eligibility for future discounts.

Cancellations & Attendance

  • If a therapist/instructor has arrived at the client’s premises (or an online class has commenced), cancellations will be treated as a session conducted.

  • Repeated cancellations/no-shows: Every 3 missed sessions will be counted as 1 completed session. Advance cancellation notice of at least 24 hours is required, otherwise charges apply.

  • Same-day cancellations are not encouraged and may incur penalties.

  • Session durations may vary depending on individual needs, typically 45–60 minutes.

  • Service prices may vary depending on time and effort involved. Pricing is subject to revision every 3 years.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Before course commencement: ₹1000 will be deducted as a consultation fee, and 80% of the balance refunded via online transfer (transaction charges applicable).

  • After course commencement:

  • If less than 50% of sessions completed → 50% refund of total fee.

  • If more than 50% completed → refund will be calculated based on number of classes attended.

  • Refunds apply only if the total course fee was paid in full.

  • Refunds are applicable to yoga, yoga therapy, osteopathy, massage, and other therapies (studio, home visits, and online).

 

Medical or Emergency Cases

  • In exceptional cases (e.g., doctor’s advice to discontinue), partial refund or credit may be considered with valid documentation.

 

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, via the original mode of payment only.

 

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration or admission fees

  • Consultation charges

  • Any discounted/promotional packages

  • For installment payments, and trial classes.

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, images, graphics, and website content are the property of Svojas Wellness Centre.

  • Limited personal use is permitted; modification, reproduction, or distribution without prior consent is prohibited.

 

Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information (name, contact, health details where required) and technical data (IP, browser, cookies) to improve services.

  • Information is used for service delivery, communication, and analytics.

  • Data is not sold or rented. It may be shared with trusted partners only when necessary.

  • Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.

  • We take reasonable measures to secure your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Limitation of Liability

  • Participation in yoga, therapies, and wellness programs is voluntary. Svojas Wellness Centre and its instructors are not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation, online or offline.

Termination of Services

  • The Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of non-compliance with terms, unavoidable circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, lack of parking), or misuse of facilities.

  • Only partial refunds may be processed based on sessions already conducted.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
